My 55 inch Panasonic TV, which was sitting "dead" for six months, and Panasonic providers had quoted us $600. Was contemplating to through out the TV, but because of the great colors and quality, I contacted the TV Repair Doctor- my hopes not too high. He came, looked at the TV, identified the problem immediately, ordered the piece he needed and within three days he had the TV ready and now I feel I have a brand new piece, and I saved more than $400.00 (and that was Panasonic)... Roberto came as promised and fixed my aging LCD TV in no time. Very professional, friendly and got right down to work. My TV is up and running and the kids are happy. Roberto even educated me that the lap was wearing out which was causing the issue with the fuse that he replaced. He even showed me on amazon.com what is the best replacement lamp to buy. If you are like me and not ready to just give up on an older TV and drop a few K on a new one - call Roberto and have him check out your tv.

Roberto came prepared and fixed my TV like new. I am calling these guys back to do all my fixings. Very reliable, very professional and very courteous. Not sure what happened with these clients complaining here. I can tell you I am very particular and professional myself so I wouldn't give false reviews. I also wouldn't write fictitious ones out of spite, so take the information here as a whole not just one disgruntled person.

Despite being a small job (only fuse change), Roberto was willing to come and help do it. He was quick, and courteous, and got the job done. He tried to change the appointment a few times, but in the end, the TV is working now, and that's what counts. Thank you Robert!

We randomly called this service to repair our quite new TV. The man who came was reliable, noted the problem quickly and was able to repair the TV. It has now been many months and we have had no further difficulties with the TV. He was very honest in telling us what the problem was and the solution and he was absolutely correct. Roberto did an excellent job. Most tv repair shops wanted to charge $50 for an assessment/diagnosis of the problem and put that money toward the cost of repair, which they estimated at $250 to $300. Even worse, they wouldn't do the repair in my home! I would have had to transport my flatscreen to their shop. Roberto was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and came to my apartment on time the very next day. Total charge was $150 for the repair and it was done in about an hour. With a 6 month warranty on top of everything, this service is hard to beat. Would definitely recommend him

Excellent service and know how. Roberto is professional and tenacious. My Samsung plasma tv was turning itself off and clicking. Roberto returned and replaced all the power related parts and now my tv is working like new again! In-home service, and he is clean and polite. Please do not hesitate to call. He came to my home and brought the wrong parts to fix the backlight on my sharp tv. He told me he had to order the correct part and would contact me the next day. Never heard from him again despite trying to reach out to him for almost 2 weeks. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My Samsung 40 inch, Flat screen LCD stopped showing picture and had sound only. I called Roberto and was able to get an in home appointment on the same day. He arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. Roberto even came with the correct parts just on my description of the problem over the phone. My Television was repaired in less than an hour with an even brighter picture than before. His receipt also guaranteed a 4 month warranty, which is great!! I would recommend Roberto for all your TV repair needs.

Called him to fix my 47" LG LED TV, he immediately assumed it was the Backlight. When he got here it turned out to be the "main board" and he said it would be $200 now to repair up from $145 for the backlight. We said OK! & set up an appointment to come back to fix days later and never heard back from the guy. Called him all day of the scheduled appointment and days later still no word from him!

Roberto just left and now my TV (32" Samsung) is working perfectly!! He was wonderful. Last week my TV died, no lights, no nothing. I called the TV Repair Doctor and Roberto came and worked very hard to try to solve the problem that evening. He tested and replaced various components on the power supply to no avail after two hours of work. He said I needed a new power supply and he would have to order it and then would come back. Before he left., I asked if he wanted money or a deposit and he said no; "not until I fix the TV". So he left empty handed after two hours of work ... in the evening

My husband & I was amazed how good Roberto fixed our 55" flat screen tv. He did an amazing job .. He came to our house on 01/07/2016 and and fixed the problem within no time .. he is very polite .. He doesn't take money up front until your Product is fixed .. So that's a win win situation. The price of 150 was well Worth it.
